Accra, the capital city of Ghana is buzzing with brisk Business,The Ghana Stock Exchange all share index in the years 2008 rose 76% and it was the best performing stock exchange in the world.The economy of Ghana has been resilient even though the Credit crunch has affected a lot of nations in the world including Ghana.
